Medical Meditation Protocols

A physician-developed, science-based meditation program
Led by Dr. Rahul Kackar

About the Program

Medical Meditation Protocols is a structured meditation program developed by a practicing medical doctor. The protocols integrate principles from neuroscience, stress physiology, and clinical medicine with evidence-informed meditation practices to support mental balance, emotional regulation, and recovery from stress-related conditions. This program is designed as a complementary therapeutic approach and may be integrated alongside standard medical care.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for individuals seeking a medically informed, structured meditation approach to support mental wellbeing and stress regulation. It may be suitable for those experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, sleep disturbances, or stress-related psychosomatic symptoms. The program is intended for individuals who are open to integrating meditation as a complementary approach alongside standard medical care.

This program is not intended for acute psychiatric emergencies or as a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment.

How The Protocol Works

The program begins with a comprehensive clinical consultation to understand the individual’s medical history, lifestyle factors, stress exposure, and psychological profile. Where clinically indicated, a basic blood workup may be advised, including assessment of stress-related hormones and relevant neurochemical markers, to obtain an objective understanding of the individual’s burnout and physiological stress state. Based on the clinical findings and individual profile, a personalised meditation and psychological support protocol is then designed, aligned with the patient’s neurophysiological makeup and stress response patterns. Evidence-informed meditation practices and appropriate psychological techniques are introduced in a structured and graded manner, with regular reviews to assess progress. The program evolves progressively, with adjustments made according to clinical response, subjective wellbeing, and functional improvement, while ensuring safety and integration alongside standard medical care.

Medical DisclaimerMedical Meditation Protocols are intended as a complementary wellbeing and therapeutic support program. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Laboratory investigations are advised only where clinically indicated and are interpreted within an appropriate medical context. Participants are advised to continue any prescribed medical or psychiatric treatment and consult their treating physician as required.
